Honeycomb-Android for tablets at CES

CES is bringing up some awesome gadgets like always and the most expected one is finally out. The Honeycomb tablet.

Earlier we told you that Google Android’s Andy Rubin showed an Android Honeycomb Motorola Tablet at the DIVE INTO MORE interview.

Very soon we also told you about the new CES motorola ad which clearly indicated the motorola honeycomb tablet.

And now finally the Honeycomb Motorola tablet is out and the details of the device are as follows

1. It is called Xoom.

2.It features a 1080p resolution.

3.It has two cameras-Front and Near Facing.

4.HD content can be viewed on the device.Also HDMI output is possible.

5.Adobe Flash Player is present so you can view flash content seamlessly.

6.The front camera is 2 megapixel and the main camera is 5 megapixels with the capability to capture videos in 720p HD.

7.Video chat is possible over 3G or Wifi.

8.It has built in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass, accelerometer and adaptive lighting for new types of applications.

9.It has a 1280×800 display for a awesome gaming experience.

10.It also features Google Maps 5.0 with 3D interaction.

11.It has access to thousand of games and apps from the Android Store.

12.It supports multitasking and real time widgets.

13.3G and wifi versions will be sold at the end of quarter 1 2011 and 4G models will be sold sometime in quarter 2 2011.

14.It will launch on Verizon.
