Domestic football is back! After a not-so-intriguing FIFA World Cup 2010, which Spain claimed for the first time in their history, we resume rivalry between the major clubs in their domestic leagues. And today, it was last year's winners Chelsea up against runners up Manchester United.

Walk in the Park

Though it was a clash between two of the biggest teams in England, it didn't look like one. Not at least till we approached the 80th minute when Chelsea finally woke up. Till then it was all Manchester United and the Red Devils ended up being deserved winners.

Rooney made a brilliant run and Scholes made no mistake in finding him out. Rooney then saw Valencia making a run into the box and accurately found him. The Ecuadorian made no mistake to give United the lead.

The Second half was greeted with a host of Changes for United. And one of the substitutes, Chicharito, made most of a great run down the flank from Valencia behind Ashley Cole and smashed the ball into his face and into the net to make it 2-0 to the Reds.

Going down by 2, Chelsea finally woke up and started on piling the pressure, which eventually paid off as Kalou tapped home the consolation.

Berbatov finished the triumph with a wonderful chip over a 'lost' Hilario.

(Video for Goals scored by Kalou and Berbatov coming right up. Check back after some time.)
