Chatroulette to iChatr to Chatisfaction: We Chat

First came the highly popular and even highly controversial serial Chatroulette. Then it was time for it to be transformed into a mobile application so out came iChatr, exclusively  for the iPhone 4 users. This app allowed them to have 'random' video chats with 'anyone'. But unfortunately the app couldn't last long as Apple scrapped it from the App Store just 3 weeks later. And now, we have another version of it - the Chatisfaction.

Here we go again

An app called Chatisfaction has hit the App Store, promising randomized video chats on Apple iPhone 4s and HTC Evos. These video chats between strangers are setup based on similar likes, location, and gender. The app even promises to push out random video chats based on no similarities. Sounds nice?

Thus, with random video chatting between iPhone 4 and Evo, the era of Fring seems to be nearing an end. Though given what happened with iChatr, and also a very high price tag attached to Chatisfaction, its not yet over for Fring.

Buy Chatisfaction for $4.99
