Motorola Slaps Apple. Hard.

Well, well, well. What a comeback from Motorola to silence Apple.

As we had previously covered, Apple had posted a video of Motorola Droid X on its website, showing how the latter dropped signal from 3 to 0 bars when held 'wrongly'. To this, Motorola have responded today, saying their phones don't require a jacket. Ouch!

"At Motorola, we believe a customer shouldn't have to dress up their phone for it to work properly. That's why the DROID X comes with a dual antenna design. The kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like to make crystal clear calls without a bulky phone jacket. For us it's just one of those things that comes as a given when you've been making mobile phones for over 30 years."

And if you think that was hard, just imagine what is Apple's reply now gonna be. Brutal.

But whatever it is, this fighting-fire-with-fire thing is just keeping the antennagate alive. WITHOUT ANY REASON.

Anyone out there still getting entertained by antennagate?
