Recently Apple said that there was a problem with the software and not the design. But i fail to understand how can this be possible. As said by Apple that the way they calculated the signal strength was wrong and so the major signal drop down was actually false.
But they forgot to add that there was a problem with the signal strength even though it was a slight drop down but in the first place why is there a drop down and not only this it affect the left-handers harshly. When you are buying a phone worth $599 you would not want even a slight mistake of signal strength in it.
Antenna Problem in Apple iPhone 4- a Major Designing Fault
So we can conclude by saying that there is a major designing fault which can only be rectified by redesigning and Apple would then have to take back all the iPhone 4 sold till now and give all the consumers a new one. This would surely be a time and money consuming affair. I'm not sure if Apple will do it.
