Apple rumours are on the rise! But who gives rise to such rumours? Have you ever wondered why Apple news is everywhere on the web?

Well if you are still cluless, then i'm happy to inform you your search ends right here.

So who leaks Apple news? To your surprise, Apple themselves! But why would the do that? Let me explain it to you in 3 simple steps...

* Some Senior Executive instructs juniors to find someone to talk to at Major news outlets and reveal some information.

* It is done over phone or in person and never in writing or emails because then no one comes to Apple with a proof.

* This method works out the most as it is claimed as a 'Rumor' and so it may or may not be true and in this case the reputation of both the parties is maintained and both of them benefit. Apple gets the required buzz and the authors get readers' interest!

Making some sense NOW atleast? Good. I'll clear your remaining doubts as well.

Apple frequently does such controlled leaks. And they dont reveal much. Just a slight idea that's all. It is in human psychology that the more one hides, the more interest it generates for the other(s) to know.

Again the question arises 'what is the benefit of such leaks?' The answer is very simple. Such leaks act as an unofficial survey for them.

They try to capture public reaction before releasing actual news as this helps them to plan actual stuff for products & modify it according to public demand. In short, it is an unofficial trial without hammering the company's reputation. This is an important tool for them as they get the necessary buzz by doing this.
